Family-Friendly New Year’s Eve Celebrations in Bucks County
Ring in 2023 with the whole family with these unique ways to celebrate in Bucks County.


We know that celebrating the new year doesn’t have to mean pushing bedtime ‘til the ball drops. That’s why we’ve collected a list of fun events that the whole family can partake in. From countdowns to noon to fireworks displays, we’ve got you covered. All you need to do is bring the groggers!
Countdown to Noon
December 30, 11:30 am, Southampton Free Library, 947 Street Road, Southampton
Join the Southampton Free Library as they get ready to welcome the New Year. Read party books, dance, and help everyone countdown to Noon! Keep in mind this event is on Friday, December 30, the day before New Years Eve and that registration is required.
Countdown to Noon – Go with YoYo!
December 29, 11:30 am, Warminster Library, 1076 Emma Lane, Warminster
A music and movement program to bring in the new year! Yoyo Kuster from the dynamic duo Lolly and Yoyo will be visiting the Warminster Library to help celebrate and countdown until noon! This live music program will include movement, games, and balloons! Registration is required for this free event.
NAC Family Friendly New Year’s Eve Bash
120 Pheasant Run, Newtown
Cheers to the new year! On Saturday, December 31st, join the Newtown Athletic Club at the from 4-8pm for their first-ever family friendly New Year’s Eve Bash. This special event open to the community, membership is not required. This event will feature unlimited food buffet, mega inflatables, a DJ and dancing, adult bar (cash only), balloon artist, face painting, movie characters, cotton candy, games, giveaways and so much more!
New Year’s Eve Fireworks at Sesame Place
December 31, 6 pm, Sesame Place, 100 Sesame Road, Langhorne
C is for celebrate! Count down the new year with Count von Count and his friends, Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster and Big Bird as their music fills the air and the sky is covered with fireworks. Fireworks begin immediately after the 6 pm performance of the Neighborhood Street Party Christmas Parade. Entry into the park will be limited five minutes prior to the start of fireworks. Time is subject to change. Check the website for more details.
New Year’s Eve Party at Playpad Bucks
December 31st, 1-3 pm and 4-6 pm, 860 Town Center Drive, Langhorne
Join Playpad Bucks for their annual New Year’s Eve Party! There are two time slots to choose from, 1-3 pm and 4-6 pm on Saturday, December 31st. Each party includes 2 hours of play time, photo opportunities, necklaces, hats and noisemakers, a juice toast and snack, balloon drop and New Year’s glasses and noisemaker craft. Tickets cost $35 per child and $30 per sibling. Reservations and payment are required in advance. Call 267-568-2348 to reserve your spot.
Noon Year’s Eve Party at Confetti Party & Paper
December 31, 11:30 am – 1:30 pm, Confetti Party and Paper, 123 N. Main Street, Dublin
Come ring in the New Year’s with Confetti Party and Paper, a gift boutique shop located in the right in the heart of Dublin. Here they specialize in confetti so get ready to see a lot of it! There will be a balloon drop at noon for the kids and a balloon “pop” for the adults, where you can win money, as well as faceprinting, crafts and bubbly for everyone.
Romp n’ Roll New Years Countdown and Ball Drop
December 31, 9 am – 3:15 pm, Romp n’ Roll, 2856 W. Moreland Road, Willow Grove
Celebrate the New Year with a count down and balloon drop! Enjoy playtime in the gym, activities led by our instructors, a balloon drop and a bubble dance party! Pre-registration is required. Click here to sign up.
Freestyle Jump and Glow Jump at Sky Zone Chalfont
December 3t, 11:00 am – 9:00 pm Sky Zone, 145 Liberty Lane, Chalfont
School is out for winter break and Sky Zone has extended hours and an earlier Glow Jump! Freestyle Jump is from 11:00 AM to 6:00 pm, and Glow Jump (for ages 8+) from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
