Bucks County Free Library

Bucks County Children’s Museum

The Bucks County Children’s Museum began as the dream of a local elementary and special education teacher. Over the years, her vision grew into a space where children can connect with the world around them through hands-on exhibits that celebrate the county’s unique history and charm.
In 2025, the museum underwent a $1-million renovation that updated and added exhibits including a Penn Medicine Doylestown Health hospital exhibit, a replica of a 1700s inn, and an ADA-compliant treehouse. The museum is designed for children ages 1 to 7.
