Memorial Day Weekend Celebrations at Washington Crossing Historic Park

Washington Crossing Historic Park will hold its annual Memorial Day ceremony on Sunday, May 24 at 1 PM. The event will be held at The Revolutionary War Soldiers Gravesite behind the Thompson Neely House located at 1638 River Rd, New Hope, PA 18938. The observation will include a colonial color guard, fife and drum music, Revolutionary War reenactors, veterans, and other honored guests. The Keynote Speaker this year will be Captain Timothy Reeves from the Lower Makefield Township Police Department. During the event, American flags will be placed on the graves of soldiers.

Memorial Day Parade & Memorial Service in Sellersville– CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER

The Pennridge Memorial Day Parade & Service will take place in Sellersville Borough on Saturday May 23rd, 2026. The community is invited to join in the 2026 Memorial Day Parade & Memorial Service. The day begins with a parade at 9:00 AM, starting in the town center, featuring veterans, local officials, Scout and youth groups, the Pennridge marching bands, and local businesses. Following the parade, a Memorial Service will be held at Menlo Park, honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to the nation.

Memorial Day Ceremony and Parade in Warminster
Warminster, PA

The upcoming Memorial Day ceremony in Warminster is part of a nearly 160-year tradition that pays tribute to military personnel who lost their lives in service to their country.
On Memorial Day, Monday May 25, VFW Post 6493 will hold its annual ceremony and parade starting at 10:00 am. The parade route goes from the township building on Henry Road, left onto York Road, right onto Street Road then ends at the VFW Post 6493 on Louis Drive. Food and drink will be available at the VFW.

Doylestown Memorial Day Parade

The 2025 Doylestown Memorial Day Parade honors American veterans whose sacrifices have preserved our nation’s freedoms. As one of the oldest Memorial Day parades in the United States, this cherished tradition continues to unite the community in remembrance and gratitude. The morning begins with a flag-raising ceremony at War Memorial Field, followed by a parade departing from Central Bucks West High School at 10 am.
The event ends with a 30-minute Memorial Service, where the United Veterans of Doylestown lay wreaths in remembrance of our fallen heroes.

Croydon Memorial Day Weekend & Parade

Croydon is gearing up for a full weekend of community fun, music, and remembrance during its annual Memorial Day Weekend & Parade. Families, friends, and local groups are invited to join three days of activities hosted at the Joseph Schumacher Foreign War Veterans Association.
The celebration kicks off on Saturday, May 23, with Candy Bar Bingo from 12–3 PM. For just $5 per person, guests can enjoy six rounds of bingo, with snacks and drinks available for purchase. All proceeds support the Croydon Memorial Day Parade. On Sunday, May 24, the Pavilion comes alive with a free outdoor concert featuring Big Whiskey and Blue Reign. Gates open at 3:30 PM, with food and beverages available on-site. (Outside alcohol is not permitted.) Finally, the weekend concludes on Monday, May 25, with the community’s beloved Memorial Day Parade, stepping off at 12:30 pm. Participants check in at Washington Ave. and Maryland Ave. starting at 11 AM. All groups are welcome to join the parade with registration.

Morgan Log House is hosting Military Might, a special event honoring the stories, service, and sacrifices of those who served throughout American history. This family-friendly day brings together living historians, military re-enactors, and storytellers to explore the impact of war from the battlefield to the home front. Step back in time with interactive displays and demonstrations from a variety of historical eras. Learn about the Revolutionary War, Civil War, and World Wars, as well as uniforms, equipment, and daily life of soldiers through the centuries.

Harleysville Jaycees Country Fair Days

Mark your calendars for Harleysville Jaycees Country Fair Days 2026, happening Wednesday, May 20 through Saturday, May 23 at the Community Center grounds on Park Avenue. This annual event offers four days of family fun, including thrilling carnival rides, delicious food and treats, classic games, and entertainment for all ages. Highlights of the fair include the spectacular fireworks show on Friday, May 20 at 9:30 am, and the Harleysville Memorial Day Parade on Saturday, May 23 at 11 am.
Unlimited ride wristbands will be available Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturday from 12 pm to 4 pm. Wristbands are $40 each per day, or $30 if purchased in advance.

Celebrate Memorial Day Weekend at the 32nd Annual Doylestown 5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Run on Saturday, May 23, 2026. A longtime local favorite and the largest event in the Bucks 5K Series, the race draws more than 700 runners and a spirited crowd each year.
After the race, join the fun on E. State Street for post-race festivities featuring light refreshments, local vendors, and our awards ceremony. It’s the perfect way to unwind, cheer on fellow participants, and support local businesses and sponsors. Lace up, bring your friends and family, and be part of a Doylestown tradition!

Celebrate Memorial Day Weekend at Sesame Place. Festivities include Memorial Day Sweet Treats, Patriotic Dining with Elmo & Friends and their spectacular “C is for Celebrate” fireworks show! Dance and sing along with Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster, and Count von Count as their lively music fills the air. Then, watch the night sky come alive with a dazzling display of colorful fireworks—red, green, blue, and more! This unforgettable celebration is the perfect way to honor the holiday and kick off the summer season in true Sesame Street style.

Memorial Day Weekend Outdoor Jazz Concert at Washington Crossing Historic Park
Washington Crossing Historic Park, Washington Crossing, PA

The Friends of Washington Crossing Park and the historic Newtown Theatre invite you to a free jazz concert on Saturday, May 23. Enjoy live music along the Delaware River near the park’s Visitor Center — a perfect spring evening outdoors!
Opening the show will be the Council Rock South Concert Jazz Band playing 5:30-6 pm. Afterwards, the main event features the Triple Ts, a Philadelphia jazz-fusion trio, playing a mix of original music and jazz standards from 6-8 pm. Additionally, Rita’s Ice will be available onsite. Attendees are welcome to bring their own picnic dinner, chairs, and blankets. Alcohol is not permitted in the state park. Four-legged friends are welcome but must be leashed and under control at all times. No registration is required for this free concert.; rain date is Monday, May 25 at the same time.

Memorial Main Street Mile in Yardley

Kick off Memorial Day with the Yardley Borough Parks and Recreation Board at the Main Street Mile on Monday, May 25, starting at 8 am. This one-mile, chip-timed race supports American Legion Post 317 and honors the memory of those who gave their lives in service to the U.S. military. Additionally, families are encouraged to join — kids can participate in their own mile run at 7:45 am. Walkers and strollers are welcome, and an awards ceremony will follow for top finishers.
