As autumn settles in and the air grows cooler, Bucks County transforms into a vibrant celebration of the season. From charming harvest festivals to family-friendly fall events, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy this time of year. Explore our roundup of the top fall happenings in Bucks County and beyond.

Bountiful Acres Pumpkin Harvest Festival

Weekends, September 27 through October 26, 2025 from 10 am–4 pm
5074 York Road, Holicong, PA

The Pumpkin Harvest Festival at Bountiful Acres is a fun-filled fall tradition perfect for families and kids of all ages. The festival runs weekends from late September through October, and offers a wide variety of seasonal activities. Choose from pumpkin picking straight from the patch, a corn maze, hayrides on the “Big Red” wagon, and plenty of interactive games. New attractions this year include a zipline and an apple cannon.

Visitors can also enjoy pedal cars, obstacle courses, a super slide, pumpkin bowling, train rides, duck races, and a pumpkin slingshot. Food trucks will be on-site on select days, offering delicious eats to fuel the fun. Admission is priced by group size, and children 2 and under get in free. A visit to the butterfly atrium, which is free to enter, adds a peaceful touch to a day full of energy and adventure. It’s a perfect way to celebrate the season with pumpkins, play, and plenty of fresh air.

Fall Family Fun Weekends at Terhune Orchards

September 6 through November 2, 2025, from 10 am–5 pm
330 Cold Soil Rd, Princeton, NJ

Celebrate the season with a perfect blend of farm charm and festive fun at Terhune Orchards’ Fall Family Fun Weekend. Held every weekend throughout the fall, this fall festival offer something for everyone — from apple and pumpkin picking to live music, pony rides, and corn mazes. Kids can enjoy pedal tractors, hay bale mazes, and pumpkin painting, while adults can relax with a glass of Terhune’s award-winning wine in the Wine Orchard. Different packages are available and can be found on their website.

Fall Fest at Coleman Hay Farms

September 27 through October 19, weekends only, 10 am–4 pm
138 Walter Road, Chalfont

Coleman Hay Farms’ Fall Festival is a seasonal favorite and offers a variety of classic fall activities, including scenic hayrides through cow pastures with views of Texas Longhorns and the chance to pick your own pumpkin. Visitors can also enjoy hot drinks, sweet treats like apple cider donuts, and even horse-drawn carriage rides for an extra touch of charm.

Kids can explore the corn pit, race rubber ducks, climb the hay tower, and visit friendly farm animals like Highland cattle and Nigerian dwarf goats. The farm is also stocked with festive fall décor, including mums, corn stalks, and locally made goods. Last hayride departs at 3:15 pm.

Fall Festival Weekends at Charlann Farms

September 20 through October 26, 2025, from 10 am–5 pm
586 Stony Hill Road, Yardley

Charlann Farms invites families to celebrate another exciting season of fall fun! Guests can enjoy a variety of classic autumn activities, including hayrides, pumpkin picking, pumpkin painting, a corn maze, and lots more fall fun. Each child with a Fall Festival ticket will receive a sugar pumpkin (a $2.50 value) to decorate at the pumpkin painting station.

Tickets must be purchased online in advance of arriving at the farm. They are offering a morning and afternoon session.

Family Fun Days Painting and Scarecrow Making at Gasper Home & Garden Center

Saturdays, September 27 – October 18 from 11 am–3 pm
316 Tanyard Road, Richboro

Let your child’s creativity take center stage at this fun-filled fall event. First up, kids can paint and decorate their very own pumpkin. Then with help from on-site Gasper artists, kids can dive into their designs using paint and decorations — all included with a $10 participation fee. Families can also take part in the scarecrow building activity for just $8. Bring along old clothing to bring your scarecrow to life; straw, twine, and safety pins are provided. Optional add-ons include scarecrow hats ($6) and stakes (small $5, large $6). It’s a hands-on experience perfect for making seasonal memories, and there’s no need to stress about the mess—everything you need is ready and waiting.

Upon arrival, families should check in with a Gasper associate, who will provide everything needed to get started. Don’t forget to ask about the “Creativity in the Patch Contest” for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate for first place or $50 for second place. Events are held rain or shine inside the greenhouse, so dress accordingly in layers and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. 

Hellerick’s Family Farm Fall Festival

September 2 through November 1, 2025 (hours vary)
5500 N Easton Road, Doylestown

Gather your family and friends for a full day of outdoor fun at Hellerick’s Adventure Farm’s Fall Festival. General admission includes access to 18 acres of farm fun, including a wagon ride, a 5-acre corn maze, friendly farm animals, giant slides, a farm-themed obstacle course, a tractor tire playground, and over 40 hands-on activities for all ages.

Browse a wide selection of pumpkins, gourds, and squash — perfect for picking and decorating. On select September weekends and every weekend in October, visitors can also enjoy fresh cider and delicious baked treats. Open as well this year is their brand new mini golf course!

None Such Farm Pumpkin Festival

Weekends in October from 10 am – 4 pm
4493 York Road, Buckingham

The None Such Farm Pumpkin Festival offers a charming fall experience with pick-your-own pumpkins, hayrides, live music, and seasonal treats. Held on October weekends, it’s a family-friendly event with free admission and a relaxed, authentic farm atmosphere.

Scarecrows in the Village at Peddler’s Village

September 8 through October 26, 2025 (hours vary)
100 Peddlers Village, Lahaska

For six weeks each fall, the pathways of Peddler’s Village come alive with creativity as more than 150 handcrafted scarecrows are displayed throughout the scenic, autumn-decorated village. From silly and spooky to clever and character-inspired, these one-of-a-kind creations are made by local individuals, schools, and organizations. Visitors can enjoy the display daily through October 26, and cast their vote for their favorites using the Peddler’s Village mobile app. Top scarecrows will take home prizes!

Peddler’s Village will also host its annual Scarecrow Festival on Saturday and Sunday, September 13 & 14, offering a weekend packed with fall fun for the whole family. Highlights include scarecrow-making workshops, pumpkin painting, live entertainment, and a variety of kid-friendly activities.

Shady Brook Farm’s Fall Fest

September 12 through October 30, 2025, hours vary
931 Stony Hill Rd, Yardley

Shady Brook Farm’s Fall Fest is a seasonal favorite packed with fall fun for all ages. Your admission includes 25+ attractions in the Festival Field, a scenic wagon ride, pumpkin picking, a 4-acre corn maze, and the dazzling Eerie Illuminations Halloween Light Show. Enjoy live music on weekends and select evenings, plus plenty of festive food, drinks, and fall fun for the whole family.

Snipes Farm Fall Festival

September 27 through October 26, 2025, Saturdays 9 am–6 pm and Sundays 10 am–5 pm
890 W Bridge Street, Morrisville

Bring the whole family to Snipes Farm & Education Center for a fun-filled day on a working community farm. Enjoy Belgian horse-drawn wagon rides, explore the pumpkin patch, and climb the giant hay pyramid. Then embark on scavenger hunts through the Land of the Scarecrows. Meet gentle farm animals, savor fresh cider and donuts, and sample delicious offerings from rotating food trucks every weekend.
