Bucks County U-Pick Flowers
Skip the grocery store bouquet — at these farms, you can snip sunflowers, zinnias, or tulips straight from the field. It’s fresh air, flower power, and feel-good vibes all in one.

Blooming Glen Farm

Wander through a half-acre field of certified organic u-pick flowers at Blooming Glen Farm from mid-June through September. Their extensive selection includes showstopping varieties like snapdragons, zinnias, sunflowers, nigella, and even ornamental grasses.
Sign up for their eight-week, Pick-Your-Own Flower share, which allows participants to pick a large bouquet once a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 7 p.m. The farm also offers DIY bulk flowers by the bucket for events and photography sessions in its beautiful fields.

The sunflower field is also a popular photo destination for families and flower lovers. Hellerick’s combines floral beauty with fun farm activities. After flower picking, enjoy hayrides, goat yoga, and a sky-high obstacle course.
Maple Acres Farm

Just outside of Bucks, Maple Acres Farm is a family-owned farm in Montgomery County that offers a wide variety of u-pick flowers from June through November. Their fields boast over six acres of blooms, including zinnias, sunflowers, cockscomb, marigolds, cosmos, lisianthus, snapdragons, ageratum, and chrysanthemums.
Pick your flowers at your leisure. The farm keeps affordable prices, with deals such as 100 stems for $6. After you’ve gathered your bouquets, grab a basket and pick-your-own strawberries and blueberries, and hop on a hayride. Inside the farm market, find fresh produce, ice cream, and local goods.

Peace Valley Lavender Farm

The farm’s peak bloom season typically occurs from mid-June to mid-July, especially the third and fourth weeks of June. After harvesting, explore their gift shop. It offers a variety of lavender products that you can use everywhere, from your bathroom to your kitchen. Or enjoy a peaceful picnic overlooking Lake Galena.

The farm’s annual Peach & Sunflower Festival, happens on select weekends in July and August. Featuring live music, peach picking, and a sunflower stroll, the festival is a perfect outing for families.
