With a background in architecture, Tia found herself thrust into the world of orthodontic marketing when her husband bought a practice from a dying doctor. “I had to learn marketing and community outreach on the fly,” Tia recalls. This challenge became the catalyst for a remarkable journey of community building and professional growth.

Community-Centric Approach

From day one, Tia and her husband decided to become community partners as a way to introduce themselves. This core value has guided their practice for the past decade. “I firmly believe that a rising tide lifts all ships,” Tia explains, emphasizing her commitment to collaboration over competition.

She also aspires to plan a local community charity event. On a personal level, she hopes to be even more present for her family, continue working on her health goals, and explore new interests like pickleball or tennis.
