It’s Summer Quest Time! Bucks County Free Library’s Summer Reading Program Nurtures Learning

Get all the details on the Bucks County Free Library's Summer Reading Program!

Summer Quest sounds like an adventure we’d all like to go on, doesn’t it? Thanks to the Bucks County Free Library (and the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program ) we CAN! Their summer reading program begins on June 15. Questers can pick up reading logs to match their age group at any Bucks County Free Library branch: toddler, elementary, or teen/adult.

Use your log to record each day that you or your child spend at least 10 minutes reading.

Can’t make it to the library? Visit the Summer Quest page to download a printable log and see our recommended reads for each log.

Badge activity cards and reading logs are available at all library branches and at buckslib.org/summerquest starting June 15. Head over to your local branch that day to celebrate the launch of Summer Quest with a special performance (a different performer and show time each each branch, so check the calendar for details). There are 30 master badges in all for kids to earn, ranging in a whole host of topics, from Caped Avengers to Plundering Pirates.

Ready? Set? Grab your library card and get on your summer reading!
