Margot Bauer: Empowering Realtors and Building Community in Bucks County
Realtor Margot Bauer empowers agents and working mothers while making a lasting impact in Bucks County's community.

As a Realtor and Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Doylestown, Margot Bauer has crafted a career that not only fulfills her professional aspirations but also allows her to make a significant impact on her community and fellow realtors success, mentorship, and community engagement.
A Career Built on Flexibility and Purpose
In search of a career that brings balance to her life, Margot began her journey in real estate. “I wanted a career that gave my day the flexibility I need to not only serve my clients but to be there for my children and family,” she explains. This initial motivation evolved into a passion for coaching, driven by a desire to help new agents build sustainable and successful real estate careers.

Navigating Challenges with Determination
Entering the real estate market just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Margot faced unprecedented challenges. She’d overcome these obstacles through dedication to education and training, focusing on client support, and building strong relationships within the industry. Her resilience and adaptability have been key factors in her success.
Recognition and Achievement
Margot was recently nominated by her office to be Agent of the Year in 2024, an honor voted on by her peers. “This honor meant so much to me that not only I felt very strong in my achievements over the last year, but that my whole office recognized it as well,” Margot shares, highlighting the respect and admiration she has earned from her colleagues.
Embracing New Challenges
Taking on the role of Productivity Coach was a significant risk for Margot, stepping away from her full-time realtor position. However, this decision has led to positive outcomes, with management recognizing the success of her program. Margot now manages a team of 53 new agents, guiding them through the intricacies of starting their real estate careers.
Community Builder and Connector
As noted by her nominator, Tia Welsh, “Margot is a community builder. She brings people together to help them mutually grow and she does it all with a glowing smile on her face and welcoming personality!”
Her initiatives include:
- Starting and running the Instagram page Best of Bucks County
- Participating in multiple community fundraisers yearly
- Running local community-based giveaways
- Organizing MREAM, a local speaker program for moms looking to enter real estate
Advocating for Work-Life Balance
Margot is passionate about addressing the challenges working mothers face in balancing career and family responsibilities. She advocates for a shift in mindset, emphasizing the need for mutual support and understanding in both professional and personal spheres.
Giving Back to the Community
Community involvement is a core value for Margot. She participates in a large annual food drive that contributes over 10,000 pounds of food to local food banks. Recently, she joined the board of a new nonprofit called Rooted to Bloom, which provides opportunities for autistic children and individuals, and those with special needs.
Balancing Multiple Roles
Margot acknowledges the ongoing challenge of balancing work, family, and community involvement. She credits her success to clear boundaries, such as leaving the office at 3 PM daily to be there for her children, and the support of her organization in understanding the needs of working parents.
Looking to the Future
With her sights set on growth, Margot hopes to expand her productivity coaching program to 125 people, impacting as many new real estate professionals as possible. She also aspires to continue growing her personal real estate business while maintaining her high level of client service.
Through her professional achievements, mentorship of new realtors, and dedicated community involvement, Margot Bauer’s impact continues to be profound. As Tia Welsh aptly puts it, “Margot embodies the professional working mother who we all ask ‘How does she do it?!’ She is a model ‘Woman of Influence’ for her family, her colleagues, and her community.”
