Kiwanis Carnival and Fireworks 

Wissahickon High School, Ambler, PA 

July 2, 2026, 6–10 pm

The Ambler Kiwanis Annual Carnival returns, with five nights of rides, games, great food, and funnel cake. Cap it all off with a spectacular fireworks display on Thursday, July 2nd. The fireworks show celebrates both Independence Day and 100 years of the Ambler Kiwanis serving the area. 

Independence Day Celebration 2026

Washington Crossing Historic Park, Washington Crossing, PA

July 4, 2026, 9:15– 9:30 pm

Join Washington Crossing Historic Park as they celebrate the 250th anniversary of our nation’s founding. Highlights include a Revolutionary-era military encampment, living historians, musket demonstrations, and readings of the Declaration of Independence. The celebration concludes with a festive fireworks display over the Delaware River, weather permitting. 

Fourth of July Fireworks at Sesame Place

Sesame Place, Langhorne, PA

July 4, 2026, at 9 pm

Celebrate America’s birthday in true red, white, and blue style with Elmo and friends at Sesame Place! Stop by Photos with Elmo & Friends for a festive photo op featuring Elmo in his patriotic best, then stick around for a spectacular Fourth of July fireworks display at 9 pm.

One Philly Unity Concert for America Fireworks Display

2600 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy, Philadelphia, PA 

July 4, 2026, at 11:45 pm (start time subject to change)

Cap off the Fourth of July with the One Philly Unity Concert for America Fireworks Display. The City of Philadelphia brings some of music’s biggest names to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway for a free, concert. Afterwards the night ends with a spectacular Fourth of July fireworks display over the Philadelphia Museum of Art. 

Sellersville Fire Department’s 2026 Carnival

 2 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA.

July 10, 2026, at dusk

Join the Sellersville Fire Department’s 2026 Carnival with free parking, games, concessions, rides, and nightly bingo at 7 pm throughout the week. Friday, July 10 features regular ride prices plus a fireworks display, and Saturday, July 11 offers regular prices, serving as the fireworks rain date.

Fireman’s Fair

194 N. Main Street, Dublin, PA

July 18, 2026, at 10 pm

Join the Dublin Volunteer Fire Co. for their Fireman’s Fair, a tradition for over 100 years, featuring food, entertainment, rides, games, raffles, and more, with a midway by Skelly’s Amusements. A fireworks display will be featured on July 18 beginning at 10 pm.

Fireworks on the Beach 

Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, Pt. Pleasant, NJ

Every Thursday night from June 18- September 3, 2026, 9:30 pm–9:45 pm

Every Thursday night in the summer, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach lights up the sky with its spectacular Fireworks on the Beach show. Join the fun at dark for this beloved summer tradition. The dazzling display is visible from both the boardwalk and the beach — the perfect way to end a day of family fun.

Safety Tips and Sensitivity Reminders

Here are a few safety tips to remember so that everyone can enjoy fireworks, even your youngest and more sensitive family members:

• Children who experience noise sensitivity can easily become upset, agitated and anxious when they hear fireworks. Bring along headphones or ear plugs to help protect their ears and ease their anxieties.

• If your child is verbal, talk about the reasons behind the noise before the show. Explain what makes the fireworks crackle, boom or explode and encourage them to think of fireworks as something to be curious of, not feared.

• Consider your child’s favorite comforts to bring along, such as a favorite stuffy or blanket. This will make them feel more safe and secure during the show.

• And if your child does not like the show, be prepared to leave or have an escape plan if your child becomes distressed. Remember, not everyone likes fireworks or crowded places, and that’s ok!
