Total Eclipse Event
April 8 @ 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Grundy is excited to be celebrating the April 8 Total Solar Eclipse, the last total eclipse until 2044. There will be crafts, be live-casting via NASA from the point of totality, and encouraging participants to be citizen scientists by recording data in the Globe Observer App. Additionally, there will also be a raffle to all those attending the Total Eclipse event on April 8 for a Franklin Institute year-long Family Membership.
At the end of each of these events and throughout the month of March we will be handing out Eclipse glasses at Grundy Library; no glasses will be given out at the Total Eclipse event on April 8.
