The Montgomery County Chorale & Orchestra (MCCO), under the direction of Artistic Director and Conductor David J. Fitzpatrick, will present its spring concert, Reflections, featuring the East Coast premiere of Ashes of Roses, a requiem by Minnesota-based composer Jocelyn Hagen.
This special performance will be even more memorable as Jocelyn herself will join in person for this historic occasion.
Ashes of Roses is a joyous work scored for choir, orchestra, three soloists, and soprano saxophone. Additionally, the concert will feature the world premiere of a new composition by Erik Meyer, MCCO’s collaborative accompanist and a talented local composer.
Reflections will be held on Sunday, April 6th at 3:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1000 W Main Street, Lansdale, PA 19446. To order tickets, visit mccomusic.org/reflections.
