Join the New Hope Railroad for an enchanting Autumn adventure on an antique train, departing from their distinctive Witch’s Hat Train Station, established in 1891, in the heart of New Hope, Pennsylvania. Your Autumn adventure comprises a delightful two-hour journey through the beautiful landscapes of Bucks County, tracing the path of the “New Hope Branch” route. This historic railroad was first part of the North-East Pennsylvania Railroad and later incorporated into the Reading Railroad.
Travelers will be thrilled by the experience of riding in meticulously restored vintage passenger coaches from the early 1900s. As you enjoy the ride, a storyteller will enrich your journey by sharing fascinating historical facts and narratives about noteworthy cultural landmarks you’ll pass along the way.
The train will make its way to the charming town of Buckingham, Pennsylvania, before changing direction to return to New Hope.
