2025 LOVE AWARD WINNER:
Inclusivity Champion
Bake Ability
Holicong
“I absolutely love BakeAbilities—not just because their baked goods are delicious (which they definitely are), but because of the heart and mission behind their business. This incredible bakery provides meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities, giving them a space to showcase their talents, gain confidence, and be part of something truly special. Every time I step into BakeAbilities, I feel the warmth of a place that’s built on kindness, inclusivity, and passion. The dedication they put into their craft is evident in every bite, from their perfectly baked pastries to their mouthwatering cakes and cookies. Supporting BakeAbilities isn’t just about enjoying amazing treats; it’s about uplifting a business that values people and purpose. I’m grateful for what they bring to our community and love every opportunity to share their mission (and their goodies!) with others.”

2025 LOVE AWARD WINNER:
Developmental Service Hero
Eat Play Speak
Morrisville
“Eat Play Speak played a critical role in our son’s speech development. When his progress stalled at 20 words, we sought Jackie’s help. She approached working with our son with care, thoughtfulness and empathy and he looks forward to every session with her. Within a matter of time, he went from speaking a small set of words to talking in full sentences. We are so grateful for her help!”

2025 LOVE AWARD WINNER:
Developmental Service Hero
Expansion Speech Therapy
Fort Washington
“Expansion Speech Therapy is truly the best at what they do! As a parent, finding the right therapist for my child was a journey, but Expansion Speech Therapy made all the difference. From the very first session, their team made my child feel seen, understood, and empowered. They didn’t just focus on the challenges—they celebrated the victories, no matter how small. The therapists go above and beyond, tailoring their strategies to meet my child’s unique needs while keeping me involved every step of the way. They’ve created a safe, nurturing environment where growth feels natural, and progress is made. I’ve watched my child’s confidence soar, and their communication skills improve in ways I never thought possible. If you’re looking for a therapy team that genuinely cares. I can’t recommend Expansion Speech Therapy enough.”

2025 LOVE AWARD WINNER:
Developmental Service Hero
Focused Approach
Royersford
“A 12-year-old girl who stopped eating due to a rare but extreme food phobia will be able to have her first Christmas dinner in five years thanks to Ms. Kelly from Focused Approach. There, they explained that ARFID is often talked about in the same breath as anorexia and bulimia, but it can be dangerous to be treated in the same way. ARFID requires a specialized feeding therapist to improve symptoms for the child as well as facilitate behavior change for the entire family. It is important for medical professionals to recognize the difference and help the child/family access the appropriate care. Ms. Kelly gave Ella choices of foods and implemented a reward system. Every time she ate, she would receive a heart, and once she collected enough hearts, she could use them to get a new doll. Within a few weeks, Ella went from being hospitalized to eating about 2,800 to 3,200 calories a day and trying new foods, including holiday favorites like cookies and strawberries, as well as vegetables. Her anxiety went down tremendously once she got past the initial phase of malnutrition. She was so motivated that she started to try foods again – and once she saw she wasn’t getting sick, she was able to continue to eat foods again and more of them including some of the foods she originally enjoyed, like mac and cheese.”

“Kidology treats every child with care and such love. It’s like family. The therapists build relationships with each child and the excitement on each child’s face as they come for therapy is truly inspiring. Whether it’s speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy or even behavioral therapy ABA. Kidology can help kids of all ages and specialize in different languages. Since Kidology has therapists who specialize in languages to help everyone; Kidology can create relationships with parents who primarily only speak these languages as well.
