The Bump Retreat at Core Confidence Club
Expecting a baby? Treat yourself to a relaxing evening of movement, connection, and self-care on October 18 at The Bump Retreat, a special gathering for pregnant women at the Core Confidence Club in Yardley.
This cozy retreat welcomes moms-to-be in all trimesters for an evening featuring prenatal Pilates, a pelvic floor talk and Q&A with a pelvic floor physical therapist, a nourishing dinner, mini massages, and a sound bath experience. Guests can also enjoy goodie bags and a few fun surprises.
Bring a pregnant friend to receive an extra treat in your goodie bags. The retreat also makes a thoughtful gift for an expectant mom.

Space is limited to create an intimate experience, so advance booking is encouraged. Tickets are $125 per person (plus an online service fee).
