Bucks County residents can celebrate Hanukkah at numerous events taking place throughout the community. We’ve rounded up a handful of local events that celebrate the spirit of the Festival of Lights.
Hanukkah Celebration at Sesame Place
100 Sesame Road, Langhorne
December 19–21, 2025
Join your favorite Sesame Street friends for a special Hanukkah celebration at Sesame Place Philadelphia. Starting from December 19-21st, families can engage in various activities throughout the park such as spin the dreidel, watch the Menorah lighting, dance to holiday music, and discover the story of Hanukkah during an unforgettable story time.

Hanukkah in Doylestown Borough
State and Hamilton Street, Doylestown
December 21, at 1pm
Further north in Bucks County, walk through the festive decorations along the streets of Doylestown. There will be a human menorah, hot chocolate and donuts, Hanukkah singalong with festive tunes, DJ beats & a prize drawing, face painting and a craft station for all ages, as well as treat bags for the kids. This fun and interactive event is free and open to all.

Chanukah at Playpad
860 Town Center Dr, Langhorne
December 7, from 11:30 am–1:30 pm
Celebrate Chanukah with a fun and engaging party at Playpad Bucks! This event is presented by Lubavitch of Yardley and invites young guests to enjoy traditional Chanukah treats including fresh latkes and donuts, while a dedicated craft table will offer hands-on activities perfect for little hands. Additionally, the celebration will feature music and entertainment led by Ms. Marilyn from Kids’ Music Round.
The event is open to the community, however, early registration is encouraged as space is limited. Tickets are $15 per child and must be purchased in advance through jewishyardley.com/playpad to reserve your family’s spot at this joyful holiday gathering.

Yardley Chanukah Village
Main Street, Yardley
December 14th at 3 pm
Yardley’s Main Street will host a festive Chanukah celebration featuring activities for the entire family. This event kicks off at 3 pm, where participants can collect a map from the post office to navigate the various stops along the route. Local vendors will offer holiday treats, interactive activities, and giveaways throughout the afternoon.
What’s more, there will be traditional latkes served at multiple locations, a firetruck gelt drop, and the centerpiece of the celebration — a Grand Menorah Lighting at 4:15 pm. RSVP is required at www.jewishyardley.com/rsvp.

Menorah Lighting at The Shops at Valley Square

Celebrate the first night of Hanukkah with a special Menorah Lighting ceremony on Sunday, December 14th at 4:30 p.m. The community is invited to gather for this meaningful tradition marking the beginning of the Festival of Lights.
