Families are invited to enjoy a lively, nature-themed kids’ yoga class designed for children ages 2–5, with siblings welcome to join. This playful session includes yoga poses, songs, games, crafts, and stories, helping children build early mindfulness and breathing techniques in a fun, age-appropriate way. The class is held outdoors at the pavilion near the Nature Center or indoors if weather requires. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat or towel. No registration is needed, and a $10 donation per family is suggested.
