Rock Shows at School of Rock Doylestown
At School of Rock Doylestown, young musicians join performance groups, “bands,” that spend 4-5 months learning a specific genre or artist. The bands perform three times a season, and their first show will be on Sunday, February 22nd! This day will feature three of seven bands: Garage Rock, Local Legends, and 70’s Hard Rock.
Garage Rock kicks things off with gritty tones, infectious grooves, and raw, no-frills energy. Local Legends honors the artists, scenes, and influences that shaped our musical community, blending reverence with originality. The weekend closes with 70’s Hard Rock, capturing the swagger, fire, and larger-than-life sound of an era defined by towering riffs, powerhouse vocals, and timeless rock anthems.
