Get ready for an unforgettable summer at the Univest Performance Center!
Launched in 2017, the Sounds of Summer Concert Series has become a staple of the Quakertown community, drawing more than 12,000 attendees each season. Organized by the Quakertown Borough Parks & Recreation Department—with support from various Borough departments—the series is more than just a musical event. It aims to foster local pride, attract visitors, encourage economic growth, and contribute to the ongoing revitalization of Quakertown as a vibrant destination through the power of live music.
About the Univest Performance Center
Located within Quakertown’s Park at 4th, the Univest Performance Center is a charming outdoor venue that transforms into a lively concert space on event days. The amphitheater features temporary fencing, designated seating areas, food and beverage vendors, and a professional production crew, creating a welcoming and festive atmosphere.
Praised for its scenic and close-knit setting, the venue offers a concert experience that stands out in the region. A key part of its success comes from the strong community involvement. With the help of more than 90 enthusiastic volunteers, local food and drink providers, and generous sponsors, each event is infused with local pride and passion. This collaborative spirit helps make every performance memorable for both performers and guests.
