The final event in this year’s Picnic in the Park series will take place on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on the River Park Lawn at the Grundy Museum.

Guests will enjoy a special performance by Parlour Noir, one of Philadelphia’s premier swing bands, bringing the sounds of a bygone era to life along the river.

Event highlights include:

• Live swing music by Parlour Noir

• Lawn games such as croquet and badminton (with instructions provided)

• Crafts and activities for all ages

• Cool river breezes and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere

Donna’s Delicious Delights will return for the evening, offering a variety of homemade cookies, cakes, and sweet treats for purchase.

Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic dinners or snacks, along with blankets and lawn chairs. (Please note: alcohol is not permitted.)

This is a FREE event and open to the public.
