Pennsbury Manor: Meet The Lenape + Sheep Shearing
We hope you can join Pennsbury Manor on Sunday, May 3:
1:00 – 4:00pm: Meet The Lenape
Tribal members of the Federally recognized Delaware Tribe of Indians will be on site to tell the story of the Lenape.
1:00 – 4:00pm: 17th Century Trade Demonstrations
Watch 17th Century trade demonstrations including wool spinning, blacksmiths, and joyners.
2:30 – 4:00pm: Sheep Shearing
This annual process helps the flock get ready for the summer as well as keeps our spinners busy year round.
