Temple University is proud to present this year’s Lunar New Year celebration with a prancing lion, traditional Chinese dancers, and a delicious menu in the Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin. Ice skating sessions will be available throughout the evening. Tickets to the Rothman Orthopaedics Ice Rink can be purchased here.

For the first time, this event will partner with James Beard Foundation Award-Winning Restaurateur Ellen Yin, to bring items from her Wonton Project to the Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin menu such as steamed wontons (chicken or vegetable) and vegetable spring rolls. Available while supplies last.

• Ongoing: Calligraphy activity hosted by Temple University
• Ongoing: Complimentary children’s Year of the Snake craft
• 5 p.m.: Red envelope giveaway to the first 100 guests
• 5:30 p.m.: Kun-Yang/Lin Dance performance
• 6 p.m.: Chinese opera performance by Jiaye Xu of Temple University’s Boyer College of Music and Dance
• 6:30 p.m.: Philadelphia Suns performance
