Experience the suspense and determination of the night that changed history. This fall, join us for immersive seasonal Lantern Tours of Washington Crossing Historic Park, held at the very time of day the historic Crossing occurred.
As twilight falls over the Delaware River, walk in the footsteps of General Washington and his troops. This immersive one-hour tour includes stops at the soldier encampment, boat barn, and battle map, each brought to life by expert interpreters. You’ll experience living history with soldiers in period attire. Learn about the harsh winter conditions they faced, and discover how their courage set the stage for the pivotal victories at Trenton and Princeton.
Whether you’re a history lover or simply looking for a unique fall experience, this after-dark tour is sure to leave a lasting impression.
