Kids Yoga at the New Hope-Solebury Library
Join the Free Library of New Hope & Solebury for a fun morning of kids yoga! During class the kids will be learning simple yoga poses, playful breathing exercises, and relaxation. The class will incorporate songs, games, stories, and art to bring yoga to life for children.
Please bring a mat if you have one, but don’t worry if not—mats will be available for anyone who needs one.
Registration preferred, but walk-ins welcome!
