Kids Yoga at the New Hope Library

Join the Free Library of New Hope & Solebury for a fun morning of kids yoga! During class the kids will be learning simple yoga poses, playful breathing exercises, and relaxation. They will incorporate songs, games, stories, and art to bring yoga to life for your children. These classes are a great way for your child to practice fine and gross motor skills, social skills, and begin to learn calming tools.
Please bring a mat if you have one, but no worries if you don’t – a mat will be provided.
Registration preferred, but walk-ins welcome
