Fairy Tale Trail in Huntingdon Valley

Visitors are invited to stroll the Fairy Tale Trail at Lower Moreland Park and enjoy a fresh, interactive take on the classic tale of Hansel and Gretel. Along the paved, half-mile circular path, guests will encounter story panels and illustrations created entirely by the talented Teen Advisory Board of the Huntingdon Valley Library.
The trail will be open from Sunday, May 11 through Saturday, May 17, from sunrise to sunset. While the experience is especially appealing to toddlers through 2nd graders, it is recommended for all ages.
The trail begins near the playground—enter the park from Warfield Drive in Huntingdon Valley, accessible via Huntingdon Pike, and follow the bend to the parking lot on the left.
