The County Theater in Doylestown brings back its $5 Family Matinees this November and December, featuring six family-friendly films at the nonprofit theater. Tickets are just $5, with free admission for members and their children.

You won’t want to miss this charming Christmas classic on the big screen at The County  Theater. Will Ferrell is Buddy, a man raised as an elf at the North Pole who after inadvertently wreaking havoc on the elf community due to his ungainly size – is sent to New York in search of his father. As it so happens, his father is a cynical businessman played by the legendary James Caan, who reluctantly attempts to start a relationship with the childlike Buddy with increasingly chaotic results.

This film is playing on multiple screens. Seating is first come first serve, ticket holders will have access to all auditoriums playing the film regardless of the assigned theater on their ticket.
