$5 Family Matinee Series – The Little Mermaid

The $5 Family Matinee Series continues with one of Disney’s best musicals, the 1989 classic The Little Mermaid! Admission is free for you and the kids when you become a member of our nonprofit theater. Get tickets & see what else is playing for $5 at countytheater.org/family.

About the movie: This beloved hand-drawn animated classic revolves around Ariel, a curious mermaid with an obsession with life on the surface world. After she saves her prince charming from a sinking ship, she risks everything to be with him on land– bargaining her voice for a new set of legs. Featuring unforgettable songs scored by Alan Menken with lyrics penned by Howard Ashman, who is often credited with spawning the Disney animated musical renaissance of the ‘90s.
