$5 Family Matinee Series – The Little Mermaid

About the movie: This beloved hand-drawn animated classic revolves around Ariel, a curious mermaid with an obsession with life on the surface world. After she saves her prince charming from a sinking ship, she risks everything to be with him on landā€“ bargaining her voice for a new set of legs. Featuring unforgettable songs scored by Alan Menken with lyrics penned by Howard Ashman, who is often credited with spawning the Disney animated musical renaissance of the ā€˜90s.
