Day of Service for All Ages at Abington Township Public Library
The community is invited to honor the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. with a Day of Service at Abington Township Public Library. Volunteer projects suitable for all ages will be available throughout the event, including making cards for hospital patients, creating coloring sheets for Color a Smile, and assembling lunch bags for Meals on Wheels.
Guests may also contribute art supplies for CHOP patients by shopping from the list at https://bit.ly/CHOPkits2026. . Items can be shipped directly to the Library in advance or brought along to the event.
A sign-in sheet will be provided for those attending for service or volunteer hours. Children under age 11 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
