Women Empowered Self Defense Seminar

May 4 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

This dynamic and empowering seminar is open to all women, ages 13 and up, regardless of experience or fitness level. Hosted in a welcoming and supportive environment, the session focuses on teaching essential self-defense techniques that build confidence, increase situational awareness, and provide practical tools that can be used in real-life situations.

What sets this seminar apart is its foundation in the Women Empowered program, which features leverage-based techniques effective against larger, stronger opponents. Participants will learn:

  • The Four-Phase Attack Strategy commonly used by predators

  • The 6 Most Important Self-Defense Techniques for Women

  • Key Safety Strategies to Reduce Risk

  • How to Identify and Avoid the “Triangle of Victimization”

No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and empower yourself. Perfect for teens, young adults, and women of all ages looking to take charge of their personal safety.
