Conquering Cuisine presents The Food of Italy, a fun and informative session where parent and child will work side-by-side, with the guidance of an instructor, to prep and cook each of the items on a pre-selected menu. In addition to demonstrations of ice cutting, hauling, and handling, visitors will also help pull ice blocks up the ramp to the ice house, chip ice to make ice cream, and make an ice candle to take home.
