The event takes place at Montgomery County Community College in the Morris Road Lot on Friday\, September 26\, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.\, and is completely free for all ages. \nA special “minimal noise” hour will be observed from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.\, during which horns and sirens will be turned off to create a more inclusive environment. Parents are kindly asked to help maintain this quiet period by ensuring children do not activate any noise-making features on the vehicles.
