She works with primarily with adolescents, women and LGBTQIA+ individuals who are struggling with issues such as identity, separation/divorce, grief, and relationship issues. She provides a non-judgmental, empathetic and stable space for you to work through your struggles. She is very focused as well as flexible in her approach to help you with your needs. She will work with you to regain clarity and create a clear path towards healing. Rujuta is well-versed in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness practices.
